Three nights and four full days in the Scottish Highlands to pause, breathe, and remember what matters.
When did you last make space to just be with what is?
This is a retreat for women who are ready to pause. To step off the treadmill of optimising and achieving and just breathe. To remember what waits for you when you finally stop moving long enough to feel what's underneath.
What awaits you
Start each day with Tina's gentle, grounding practice. All levels welcome — this is about connection, not performance.
Three sessions over four days. The deep work that doesn't happen in a 50-minute call. Time to go in.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. A fully stocked pantry. Food that nourishes, unhurried evenings at the table.
A guided walk with views to Schiehallion, a sunset evening at the HotBox spa, paddleboarding on Loch Tay, the WildEmber Bothy sauna — each day has its own adventure.
Seventeen acres of Perthshire grounds. Hot tub. Red squirrels. The kind of quiet you can't manufacture.
Maximum 15 women. Carefully considered. What's said in the lodge stays in the lodge.
These 15 women aren't chosen by chance. Every guest is selected to create a group where real, lasting friendships form.
On Thursday evening, Ali and Helen will share how they grew an idea into reality. We hope to inspire you.
Register your interest and Ali's team will send you a short application form to ensure this retreat is the perfect fit.
Your guide
Ali works with people who want to live their most profound life — who are willing to put in the work and make great contributions to both the world and those around them.
Understand what drives you, then seek out what fulfills you. Explore why you do what you do. Let go of the stories that no longer serve you and decide how you want to show up.
Once you know where you want to go, you can start.
Ali has been a lawyer and an Associate Fellow at Oxford. She's experienced a life of high privilege and left it all behind to start over. She has had to do the work to find out who she really is, build a new life and career, and help her clients achieve success.
Her experience allows her to connect with you on a personal and intimate level, where others have not wanted or needed to go. This affords you a unique perspective and lived experience to tackle your challenges, knowing that you can overcome them.
You have the potential to make great contributions to the world, but you need to be in the driver's seat. Step into your greatness.

Your four days
Where you'll stay
Nine enormous en-suite bedrooms. Drawing rooms with open fires. A dining room that seats 20. The kind of Scottish country house you dream about.
Rolling lawns, mixed woodland, red squirrels, and views across to the hills. An 8-person hot tub overlooking the valley. Room to breathe.
Two miles from the highland town of Aberfeldy. One hour from Edinburgh and Glasgow. Deep in Perthshire but still accessible.
All rooms are en-suite with beautiful Highland views. Some have king beds, others twins that can be configured as super-kings. Room allocation is first-come, first-served based on deposit order.
Make the most of Scotland
Scotland rewards those who linger. We're happy to help you plan more.
Scotland's capital is 1.5 hours from Aberfeldy — one of Europe's most beautiful cities. The Old Town, Arthur's Seat, the castle. Worth a day before or after.
Ancient university town on the North Sea. Cathedral ruins, the Old Course, cobbled streets and some of the finest seafood in Scotland. About 2 hours east.
The jewel of the east coast — Elie, Pittenweem, Anstruther. Whitewashed harbours, the Ship Inn on the rocks, golden beaches. One of Scotland's best-kept secrets.
Fly into Edinburgh (EDI) or Glasgow (GLA). Aberfeldy is 1.5–2 hours by road. We can help coordinate transfers from both airports — just ask.
Layers. Then more layers. In Scotland in September you can genuinely get all four seasons in a single afternoon. Trainers are fine for the walks. A waterproof is your best friend.
All wetsuits and buoyancy aids provided for paddleboarding and canoeing. For the HotBox and Loch Tay activities — just bring yourself and a towel.
Fully catered breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout. Stocked pantry. Please share any dietary needs when you book and they will be accommodated.
Morning practice with Tina each day. No experience needed — all levels welcome. Mats provided. Wear something comfortable.
This is a small, private group. Spaces are very limited. What's said in the lodge stays in the lodge — all sessions are confidential by nature.
